Next Monday (March 21) at the children's psychiatric clinic in Motola in Prague. The children already know that we are coming and are really looking forward to it. This time DAMU students come up with a dramatization of Ivy Procházková's book Mice Belong in Heaven. The story begins with the mouse simply falling off a cliff and dying. However, her life does not end, she gets to a place that some call heaven and others call it something else, and there she meets a fox who chased and persecuted her all her life on earth and who was actually the reason why she fell off the cliff. But now they become friends, even if, as the mouse says, "it's not normal". They enjoy life on the swings until at one point they get the tickets back on the ground and decide to go back. Because they see a star falling, everyone makes a wish and unfortunately the mouse wishes to come back as a fox and the fox wishes to come back as a mouse. They are both quite devastated by this, but when they return, their chase continues and they are actually both so strangely happy. The children are very attentive and engaged the whole time. At the end, they talk to us about how they would also like to play theater and what it's like to study at DAMU. Nobody wants to leave.
