This year we visited the children in the hospital in Hradec Králové even just before Christmas Day. We played surgery and ENT and also geriatrics. It was a rare moment. We sang carols together and built a crib. We all suddenly forgot if the kids were going home tomorrow or had to stay, we were just having a good time together.
Thanks to the support of Prague 5, we were able to visit children in the Motol hospital in Prague also between Christmas. We played mainly on bone marrow transplantation, on hematology, oncology, but also on neurology, neurosurgery, ENT and surgery, except wherever there were children. And we always had to think about how little is sometimes enough to make children laugh and how wonderful it is that we can sing together, share what troubles us and at least make the children's difficult moments a little easier.
